Wedding Planning & Ideas

Honeymoon
|
The
wedding is over and all went well. Now it's time for you and your
new husband to relax and enjoy each other's company. What better way
to do so than to take a romantic trip to the Caribbean, or the
mountains. In order
to insure that your trip is as perfect as can be, do some
preliminary planning. Contact area travel agencies at least six to
eight months prior to the wedding. Chances are, whether you already
know where you want to go or not, she can suggest resorts and
destinations that suit your taste and budget. Also, because travel
agents make it their business to be aware of airfare wars and
special discounts, often they can help you get the most for your
money. Many
popular honeymoon destinations offer all-inclusive packages
especially for lovebirds. these often include everything from
airfare and room to beverages, food, tax and transfers. These
packages are particularly popular with newlyweds, as there are no
surprise charges later on. If you and
your husband are the adventurous type, you might enjoy a trip out
west, a scuba diving excursion, or even a safari. If fun-in-the sun
is more your speed, many beach resorts offer packages especially
designed for honeymooners. If
you plan to travel outside of the country, you should be aware that
most foreign countries have their own currency system. The rate of
exchange differs from one day to the next and oftentimes you will be
able to get the best deal by doing all of your exchanges on U.S.
soil. |
